This was the best car buying experience since 1982. I told the salesman exactly what I wanted. He showed me two vehicles that met my criteria and didn't try to talk me into a more expensive model. Michael Tillman was personable and professional throughout the whole process. The finance gentleman was also very professional.

We went out looking to buy a used SUV and ended up purchasing a new 2016 Subaru for not much more than a used 2014.

I went in for an inspection and routine maintenance, when I got my car back with a clean bill of healed, a few miles from dealer my car broke down in road, a manager came out, passersby pushed car off road, he could not start car, took me back to Subaru for loaner, my car had to be towed back to dealer they were very good and. Brought my car to me to trade out later in afternoon, leaf had gotten into air filter when they put the new one on, I am a night nurse so it was a very long day,
