Warranty repair

Had the engine replaced on my 2011 Forester under warranty. After the repair, the coolant leaked, the engine was tapping, and it used 1.5 quarts of oil in less than 300 miles. Took it back to have it looked at again.

Good Job!

WV State Inspection was all I had done on this stop, but they treated me as though I was a valued customer. Service Department was friendly, respectful and efficient. I have been here before and I will return.

Jenkins Subaru Bridgeport, WV

We got a 2016 Subaru Impreza. We love the car. The service was great. The only thing we didn't like was waiting to see if we were accepted to get the vehicle.

Stress Free Car Buying Experience

Recently purchased a Subaru Crosstrek from Jenkins. The staff were friendly and professional. They made purchasing my car a pleasant experience. There was no pressure whatsoever. I highly recommend Jenkins Subaru.

A title to what?

I had a scheduled oil change done on my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek. This service was done quickly and the staff was cordial and helpful. In May, 2015, I went to PA to buy my new Crosstrek instead of Jenkins, because I was given a better deal which was $3,000.00 dollars less. This was the price that we were told we should be paying for this type car in this area. The salesmen could not seem to explain why it was higher at Jenkins.
