Jenkins Subaru

I am blown away by the service I have received. The service department was excellent. They even sent my car to a Chevy dealership up the road to assure it was fixed correctly and gave me a loaner in the meantime. The waiting room was like being at home in the chairs and FREE foundation drinks and snacks.   I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles in my day but I’ve never been treated as well at a dealership then what I received at Jenkins. You guys really make the buyer feel appreciated.

If you have a major failure on your vehicle, Jenkins will refuse to give you a Loaner my car had 14,000 miles on it with a major transmission failure. Jenkins refused to give me a loaner until warranty Claim came back approved, which could take 4 to 6 weeks I would not ever purchase a vehicle from there or take your vehicle there for Repairs it’s a shady dealership

as I sat in the waiting room, every client had to have new air filters. they even brought out the same set of filters for two different types of cars. they only do this to the elderly or females. I have noticed this the last time I sat here and changed my air filters before I walked in today. have the papers to prove it. and they brought me some of the dirtiest filters I have seen. when I mentioned they was not mine and showed them where I replaced my own before I came in. they had my car confused with another car. working with you getting the car is amazing but after that, good luck.
