Chris our service advisor was fantastic

Staff was awesome. Chris our service advisor was fantastic. Everything didn't go as planned however he went above and beyond to make sure our experience was pleasant.

I had an emergency problem with my 2003 Beetle

I had an emergency problem with my 2003 Beetle. The window wouldn't roll back up and the temperature was about 20F. I brought it in at nearly 8:00 p.m. and had it back by 10:00 the next morning.

He was very efficient and detail minded.

Very polite and friendly. However, there seems to be too many people working there. Every time I called regarding my service progress; I got a different person; because my original service rep was busy. That's okay that he's busy; that's good for business and customers. However, I do not want to talk to 3 different people each time that I call on the same day. Then communication gets lost. Regardless; Justin took great care of me by returning my calls; and I think he did the best he could to take care of business in the service department. He was very efficient and detail minded.

I thought the gentleman that met me by my car that got all my information together is very polite and I would recommend coming back anytime for my friends and family

The service tech's even saved me some money!

I didn't have an appointment, but the service team quickly made arrangements for me to get my car issue fixed. The service tech's even saved me some money! I'm always confident that the job will be done correctly, when I bring it into Northtown Toyota!

No high pressure tactics.

Jim worked with us to cancel a lease (Honda) and came up with a fantastic deal for a 2015 RAV4. No high pressure tactics. We will deal with him for future car needs and recommend him to our family and friends looking purchase a car. Great salesman!

Great place to lease a new car

Leasing a new Volkswagen Jetta from Northtown was one of the most pleasant and non-stressful experiences I've ever had with car dealerships. Christina Marrano was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in helping us navigate our various options. Joe and Noah were super efficient, and wasted no time in working up a deal that worked for us. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal from really great people. You can't lose with this team!
