always awesome at Northtown
always awesome at Northtown. Came in for an oil change and they let me know up front that they were running behind. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Weekend at Bernies was playing in the theater; that movie seemed less disgusting as a kid. Thanks Northown! -@buffalotomholt

Everything was done well in a timely fashion. I realize it was very cold outside but I wish we could have gotten a rain check for a wash since it wasn't done. I'm presuming it wasn't done because of the temp outside.

I wated three hours just to get an oil change
The service was terrible. I wated three hours just to get an oil change. They rotated my tires when I asked them not to. It was a bad experience.
