Frank was so incredibly helpful.
Frank was so incredibly helpful. I was in a very difficult situation right before I was leaving for a very important trip. My windshield wipers had stopped working and come to find out the issue was part of a recall. I was so upset that I might have to cancel or change my plans because of this issue. I had called other places and said they couldn't get me in for another month! Frank was very understanding and said he would do the best that he could. He managed to have my car seen and fixed in less than a day. If it weren't for him and the mechanics there I don't know what I would've done. I'm so incredibly grateful for his kindness and understanding.

I called Scranton Motors because my stability and
I called Scranton Motors because my stability and traction control light came on and the ABS light came on at first they told me it was gonna be $167 to diagnose it. I dropped it off the night before they called me at 7:30 in the morning then they didn’t even diagnose it until 2 o’clock in the afternoon due to short of staff. This is also when they told me they called me since it was three separate things I will be charged $350 to have it diagnosed I said no then he said OK it will still be the 167 for the diagnosis. Once they diagnose the problem, it was all three together issues with the hub on my brake and tire was cracked. They wanted $850 to replace it. I said no. I bought the new hub kit on Amazon GM product for $70. It was replaced in two hours , this dealership is a rip off.
