This dealership is very good at what they do I would buy another gmc truck if I was a little younger. My hat is off to them.

I will schedule for a specific time to show up for the delivery of my new vehicle when I arrive the vehicle, evidently was not ready I was left standing in the lobby for over an hour waiting for somebody to just come in even process the documents. Then, when I was done processing documents documents, the vehicle was paid for I was told to wait and somebody come out and teach me how to operate the features of a new vehicle again I was left standing for a half hour, waiting for someone to show up. Finally the sales guy came out and just did it for whoever was supposed to do it gave me the training and set me on my way. It took me over three hours to pick up a vehicle that was paid for in cash no financing involved very disappointed in the way this dealership sold end delivered the vehicle. Leading up to the delivery, the vehicle, the communications from the two different salesman for salesman was let go in the middle of our process, his communication through email or deplorable. I understand why he was let go The replacement salesman, Angelo, tried his best to get us better service, but it was obvious he did not have the ability to get anybody else to get things done. That would've provided us a much better delivery process. Our overall experience with Scranton motors was at best. Very disappointing.

Although the price of my repair was high.

Although the price of my repair was high. it was not unexpected as I was advised of the possibility of a higher price prior to my leaving the car at the dealership. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional.

We are very disappointed with the last 2 services.

We are very disappointed with the last 2 services. My husband took the truck for routine maintenance which included flushes tire rotation fluid fill ups and checking the brakes. The brakes were grinding on his way home a bit. Brought it back needed rear brakes. Didn't understand how they didn't see that. Then got it back.. again brakes were still grinding a bit. He thought it was because they just did them. It got worse. So we took it somewhere else and it needed front brakes! We were charged half the price going somewhere else. Unreal. Very disappointed! I feel like this was done on purpose! So the routine maintenance was over $1000 and then the rear brakes they did was $800 and then took it else where and it needed the front brakes which were $475. When the truck was running fine all before the "routine maintenance" I am sorry, I will never purchase from them again. They need to make this right!
