Spent over $400 on a diagnostic that I was told would
Spent over $400 on a diagnostic that I was told would apply towards repair, that did not happen since i didn’t let them do the entire job, also a week later when i was getting a repair I was notified of broken parts that needed to be replaced and when I mentioned they just did a diagnostic how was this missed I was told that “ yeah man, that’s my fault, my bad about that “. Not interested in being taken advantage of anymore

Service tech replace headlight when I went to pick up my
Service tech replace headlight when I went to pick up my truck the headlights were not aligned brought my truck back 2 more times before they got it right, that took a week 2) At the same time I ask for an alignment for my truck after the 4th time of it not being a aligned, I took the Tech for a ride to show him the alignment issue he took it back for 2 more days and still not fixed, I email management only got a response from the service manager, really did nothing to help fix my trucks alignment
