Sha’La made our experience wonderful from start to finish

Sha’La made our experience wonderful from start to finish and we thank her for that! It's the personal touches during a vehicle purchase that are most memorable for me. Sha'La and Todd are very warm and welcoming! Danny’s knowledge is unmatched - after our purchase, he walked me through so many screens and settings, which saved me countless hours of reading. Scranton you have two recurring loyal customers and I’m sure there'll be more to come! The Lyriq is a rolling advertisement! We look forward to shopping again later this year with our son!

Extremely dissatisfied with the fact that only one key

Extremely dissatisfied with the fact that only one key was provided for a $30,000 vehicle. This was not made known to us until we were heading out the door. This should be made known immediately. It will cost me $450 to get another key made. Salesman was unresponsive until I messaged Joey Bush, and then Bill Joren left a message and said there was nothing he could do.

I’ve purchased 6 cars from them.

I’ve purchased 6 cars from them. The communication is horrible. I’ve had to call them more times than they called me. One my last experience they did not keep me updated and definitely do not recommend the service department.
