Three-Way Cadillac

I brought my car in for service, dropped it off about 8:30 am early in the week and received a call that my car was ready for pickup within an hour. Was especially fast this visit. The service team is always pleasant. The only thing that occurred that wasted a bit of time is that I wasn't sure if I was supposed to get out of my car and go to the counter or wait for an attendant as I'd just seen an attendant come to a customers car before me. So I waited about 7 minutes and then just decided to go to the counter to be helped. No biggie at all. I was just unclear on what I needed to do this time. Thank you for quick service once I got my car checked in!

I had a great experience overall, excellent service provided at the time of purchase. The part I am not happy with and this is not the salesman's fault is that I am supposed to have some repairs made to my truck and I have yet to receive a call from Three Way Chevrolet. It's been 2 weeks, it was quick to make the purchase and everyone was interested in my business at that time however now that the repairs need to be made I have yet to be acknowledged in regards.

Three Way Chevrolet has employees who are always very polite and helpful. When I brought in my Cruze I had made an appointment and was in and out in a very short time. The waiting area was very clean, provided coffee and an environment which was very comfortable.

I went in not expecting to leave with my 2015 Chevy Cruze...I was taken directly to the type of vehicle I was looking for. I wasn't convinced to get anything I didn't want or to give more than I wanted to give down. I even came out paying less than I wanted to pay. I had excellent customer service by Rami and the staff. Loving my new car and all the extras that came along with it!! One happy customer here!!
