Three-Way Cadillac

Didn't have to help me but they did. After going to other dealers always stay with three way. Even if the cars were thousands more I still would buy here. The service is the most important part and what happens after you buy the car.

I brought my Silverado truck in on a Tuesday afternoon at 3:30pm when my A/C suddenly went out. The service advisor called me saying a tech had verified my problem and ordered a new compressor for it. The service advisor called me the next morning and said the part would be in later that morning and the tech would install it. At 2:00pm he called to say that my truck was ready. I had less than a 24 hour turnaround along with being informed every step of the way on what the status of the repair was. Excellent service.

I have been a customer of Three Way Chevrolet since moving to Bakersfield in 2002. I appreciate the friendly welcome I get every time I visit the dealership and quite frankly I wouldn't do business anywhere else. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional which is no surprise when you have a manager like Mike Thomas who leads by example.
