Great Customer Service
I had a great experience with my sales guy Jerry. I felt no pressure and it felt great to be able to take my time with choosing the best vehicle for me. Mike came in and gave me a very favorable deal and I bought my Chevy Equinox.

3 Way Chevy Service Dept (Kirk and Lonnie)
I really appreciate Kirk (Service Manager) and Lonnie Ramos (Service Rep.). They listen to my concerns and accommodate my requests. I have very nice vehicles and I appreciate the extra care given to them. I appreciate them both and they should be notified and commended for their actions. I specifically deal with these two only. Wish more dealerships were like 3 Way Chevy Service Dept and these two gentlemen.

Awesome Staff
I can't say enough about the staff at three way Chevrolet in Bakersfield. The staff are very courteous and professional. My last visit was handled in a very prompt and professional manner by Lonnie. He made sure all my needs were met and his expertise was more then stellar. The same with Mike Turner. I am very impressed with the staff at Three way.

A Very Good Job
I was greeted nicely and professionally. The service was fast only because there was a lack of customers. The work was done so fast I think maybe the tech did not do the 29 point inspection. Also I do not believe the tires were rotated. The wind shield cleaning fluid was not topped off. That really ought to be done. Otherwise, it was a good job.

Awesome service!
I was very impressed with the service over all.. Everyone was so courteous, especially Omar & Roland... They were very helpful. Omar answered all my questions. It shows the employees are knowledgable & trustworthy. The service was fast. The waiting area was nice & clean. I liked the children's area since I had my 2 year old daughter with me. For once, going in for an oil change was not a dreadful experience... Thank you :)
