Very helpful when you are buying a car. Once you have a car, the service is terrible. I've called the dealership multiple times to get service because I believe my car is on the way out. I've left messages but no one has ever called me back and it's been 2 weeks.

Terrible service
I brought my BMW 440i convertible there with 15,000 miles /- miles for a simple roof seal leak repair. They did so much damage to my car and promised to repair it but the best part is they tried to hide the damage and if I didn't notice it id be screwed. I only owned the car 2 months and it wasn't even inspected yet due to plate delays with covid. There is so many scratches in my black paint and window trim, damage to my interior door panel, they out black caulk all over my roof to stop the leak.. My headliner was torn with greasy fingerprints all over it, I can go on and on. It literally looked like my car was parked in some picker bushes and some drunk worked on my car. They repaired some of the damage but also lied and said they replaced the window trim and never even replaced it and told me they replaced the roof seals then admitted they just cleaned them up real good. I'm still going thru it with them because I recently found more damage that was covered up using black caulk im waiting to be repaired. I am absolutely disgusted that a bmw dealership did this to my $60,000 vehicle that only has 15k miles on it. I always wanted a bmw, I finally got one and they messed it up on me bad. My car is still covered in scratches and although some of the damage was fixed alot of it wasn't. I'm scared to even bring my car back there to finish fixing the damage they caused. After I'm done there I will never go back

Happy 2020 LTZ Owner
I had a great time purchasing my new Chevy truck at Hesser Chevrolet. The sales representative, Brian Holley helped me select the truck that best suited my needs. His expertise streamlined the whole process from start to finish. He made sure that my new truck was delivered to me ready to go when I arrived at the dealership to pick it up. After driving my new Silverado for a few days and can honestly say that the build quality and features are second to none. I highly recommend going there for yourself and driving one.

Deceptive dealership
Called dealer to make sure the vehicle was still at the dealership and was told that it was. I drove the 2 hr trip to see the vehicle just to be told upon arrrival that it was sold and delivered the day before. Waste of time and gas for no reason. Would not do business with this dealership due to the lack of respect for potential customers.

BMW 328i
Great people, easy process, and very friendly. Would purchase again from this dealer. However, They should take their phone system and throw it in the trash, horrible system that hangs up for no apparent reason. If you need to communicate not in person you should text or email.
