Wow, got a super deal from RJ

I was looking to get a new truck since my lease was coming up, I picked 1 online and seen it in front of dealership, I pulled up and got out to look and a salesman ( Brian )came and said, LET'S CRUNCH SOME NUMBERS, being shy, I didn't tell him my salesman was RJ, after some time, I told him I was going to think about it and he went and got some lady and they double teamed me, I told them both I had to leave, I went home and call RJ, who hooked me up with a much better deal.

Very Satisfied

Everything went smoothly. Vehicle was coming through a dealer trade and there was some difficulty getting exact information on whereabouts but Bryan stayed on top of things to track the status and kept me updated. Bryan came to the rescue when we broke down on the way to pick up new vehicle and tracked down Dave Yeakel so we could let him know we were leaving the BMW for service. 5 Stars

Bought new BMW X3

Very easy and stress free buying process. The salesman ("Client Advisor") was very knowledgable. He knew every technical question I asked. I will be back for my next BMW.

Sales Rep Good, 'Finance' Manager Negligent

The sales rep was very good. I was disappointed that I needed to use a day off from work to have my bedliner done instead of the dealership getting it done prior to delivery. The service provided by the finance manager was unacceptable. As of today I am fully expecting to have problems with my vehicle title and/or registration due to negligent errors and her lack of attention to the details of my purchase. For that reason alone I would be reluctant to recommend anyone to the dealership.

Terrible service center!

Terrible customer service. They couldn't even manage to keep their word on an oil change appointment. Service manager is no help and could care less about little stuff like oil changes just assumed I'd go somewhere else. I wouldn't buy a car there or get my vehicle serviced there.
