A great experience, did not ever feel pressured. Not only was our salesman great, other employees were friendly as well. Very helpful with financing and explaining everything I needed to know about the vehicle. I love my new car and would highly recommend this dealership to family or friends.

Coleman is the best in the Texarkana area by far. Everyone at this dealership from the owner to the part time workers are professional and focused on helping the customer. Their work is always done right the first time then they go the extra mile to be sure that the customer understands what had to be done. Their work is timely and they make sure that the customer is comfortable while they wait. Any business that wants to copy a great business model for success should contact these people immediately.

I have a new GMC that I didn't buy at this dealership. I made an appointment because they are closest to me and my truck had a vibration. I had to reschedule my appointment because of weather. There was no problem doing that. I took my truck in and left it. They called later in the day saying truck was ready. I got there they told me that had to replace all four tires, balance road test. I brought them a dirty truck because of the weather they gave me back a perfectly clean inside and out truck that drove very smooth. All of this was at no charge! Every thing was done under warranty and excellent service. The only negative is that the tires had nitrogen in them at original purchase and this dealer doesn't have nitrogen.
