I had to change my service appointment and there was no problem. The staff was courteous and prompt. They did what they said they were going to do in the time they said they would do it.

From Michael to Kyle to the lady that picked my car up to get scheduled maintanance to the man that returned my car, Coleman is the best dealership I have dealt with & has surely earned my repeat business.

Excellent service department. I carried my car in for the brake pads to be checked and the air conditioner. Both were ok, but they washed/cleaned my car (no charge) and it was noted during the process that the right front axle was leaking grease. Parts were ordered for the axle and for a recall on the airbags (of which I had not been notified, yet) and it was repaired a couple of days later. The outstanding service is greatly appreciated.
