I really recommend this dealer the proses of buying a new car was really easy and fast

Leased a brand new 2019 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. Brian did a fantastic job answering any and every question I had before my purchase. He was very professional and informative as well as relatable. I got a great price on my monthly payments and full overage on the Vehicle. I would recommend this to any person looking for a fun experience as well as great prices. Also ask for Brian when you arrive for a great experience when purchasing or leasing a vehicle.

Mike Cavanagh of sales was an excellent and very through salesman. The Dealership has a great variety of vehicles to choose from. The Jeep company should include some freebies with a purchase of a vehicle.(hats, t-shirts, keychains, etc.

This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from DuPage. Matt Diana was awesome and very helpful with the buying process. We love our vehicles and DuPage Dodge helped us get the vehicles of our dreams!!

These guys are what car dealers should be, they stayed within my budget, found me a fully loaded Durango GT, and gave my wife and I nachos and snapple while we waited on Jeff the finance guy. The whole experience was smooth and timely. I will definitely buy my next car from Dupage.

My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Dupage Chrysler Jeep Dodge this year. Both times we worked with Mike C. and the whole experience from walking onto the lot, to test driving the Rams/Jeeps, talking over options and prices, and nailing down the financial piece, was handled with attentiveness and professionalism by the entire staff.

Worst dealership ever!! I was lied to over and over and even agreed to a price the salesman told me and the manager raised it hundreds of dollars more saying they listed it too low and aren’t making enough money on the sale. I wish I could put less than one star!! I’ve got all the conversation recorded and can prove over and over they kept coming up with excuses and changing the deal again. I truly believe they did not want to sell me this used Jeep because they had others willing to pay more for it. A salesman even told me he didn’t have time to deal with me so his assistant was going to and he didn’t want to talk to me either. I ended up talking to 3 different people before they would take my payment in full I kept offering and each one had a different story as to why I was being handed off and not helped in a reasonable manner.

Very satisfied good people they help me get the cars I needed for the wife and work I will go back to this dealer to get more promaster vans.
