Surprisingly good experience

Very happy with my experience at this dealership mike the salesman who was helping me awesome guy wasn’t pressuring me in to nothing I wasn’t comfortable with so that was a big deal for me but overall everyone was great highly recommend

New Grand Cherokee Overland

Bob Williams was honest and straightforward throughout the purchase process. We eventually agrees on what I thought was a fair deal. Overall a good experience.

my new jeep wrangler rubicon

if you need a ProMaster this is the place

I think this was the fastest i have ever bought a vehicle. From the time i pick it to signing the papers. They had the largest number of ProMaster in stock. When you go there you have to ask from Bob Williams, he is the best salesman there!

Finance department band of thieves

They first of all added a 4500.00 extended warranty to my loan without asking me if I wanted it then after I seen it and declined to buy it they tried to force me to buy it or face higher interest rates. Then they without permission added window etching and a set of aftermarket wheel locks. And I still bought the truck! I paid it off on the first payment and tried to cancel the gap coverage and get a refund and they just ignore you. Read your contract before you sign or you could be out thousands.

Still happy

Purchased my Ram 1500 new in 2016. Was happy with the deal/treatment I received, and two years later I'm still happy with the service I have been receiving.

Bob is obviously a veteran in the car business

Bob Williams certainly knows the business of car buying. We purchased 2 Jeeps with him and he was extremely knowledgeable about the product and the finances. His customer care skills exceed any we have seen in all our years of car buying/leasing. His enthusiasm and character made the car buying experience much less painless than it often is. We would send others to his dealership to work with him.

My first Jeep

Very knowledgeable saleman (Lanny). He explained finances in detail and also the car . Very pleasant felt right at home . Making the process a very positive experience. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from them .. thank you !! I really love my Jeep

Can’t get any better!

Matt was great and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great quality car. He was very polite, welcoming and helpful in my search for the exact car I wanted a new Dodge Ram. Thanks Matt I will be seeing you soon.

Good experience

First of all wanna thank the salesman greg for being patient and he did a nice job. Timewise it took longer than expected than i was promised before. And the one thing i DISLIKED that they include a BS charge for lifetime nitrogen for your tires ($199) when i saw the charge the manager of finance said ALL vehicles come with it. Then i told him i didnt want it or was told about it. He said he cant remove it or lower my price, he didnt even try. He even told me "if you dont want to pay for it, dont buy the car" . Anyway i didnt have time so i took it. Oh and he said with that i dont EVER have to worry about air in my tires. Guess what? This morning i got a LOW AIR light on. And also guess what? Do you really think i want to drive 1 hour to get my tire filled? No. Costco offers me free nitro fill up. But thats what got me really mad. Literaly 200 to the garbage. And i would be happy to get a refund and remove this review. But otherwise i just tell you as a buyer. Beware of this extra charge. In my opinion they shouldnt advertise something like its free and then charge you for it. So are they going to charge you for the carwashes they offer with their sales too? Exactly right? And no the salesman didnt tell me about this charge. Reason why i wanted to know the final price and what i was going to pay broken down. And in my opinion too many dealer fees. Ive bought a car before at acura and didnt pay as many fees .
