I'm the guy who checks out everything and every option before I buy it. I ended up at Dupage Dodge after visiting many other dealerships. I did not need to look anywhere else. Ralph Conti was the man who helped me. Please do yourself a favor and ask for Ralph when you walk into Dupage Dodge. If Ralph is busy wait for him to help you. Ralph is simply the best!!

The sales man told us that we had a champagne tase and a beer budget. That statement was an insult and very untrue. My daughter who was here from Brazil and fully intended to buys car for her permanent return to the USA in May. She wanted a keep with a my sky option and all wheel drive but did not want to purchase the most expensive car on your lot.

Quick service. Service personnel very friendly and professional. They explained everything completely and thorough. I only had oil change and tire rotation but vehicle was as clean as when I dropped it iff

Everyone was great. Luis and Jorge ( our sales guys) , were very kind, patient , and really digged into what our need was. They were very honest and helped us make a big time decision and feel confident. Bobby , our finance guy, was very great. He did not hide anything from us and we were very happy with this purchase . No matter how busy everyone is there is always someone that steps up and is willing to drop what they are doing to help you. I took my jeep wrangler unlimited in for an oil change and it was the fastest with the best quality of care that I have ever received on my jeep. The oil change only took 20 minutes tops! Needless to say the people in here are nice from the minute you walk until the minute you walk out no matter if it is a receptionist, a sales person or the technicians. From now on this is the only place I am taking my jeep! Thanks Again!!!!

I have seldom been met with much integrity in sales departments at various dealerships in the past however, Dupage Dodge Chrysler Jeep was a very uplifting experience. I was met with hospitality by a young man who was able to answer all my questions fluently with affirmation. I have not yet decided on my commitment to a new car, but I will definitely be going back to Dupage for further counseltation.

Best thing about Dupage Dodge are the people. Look for Sam Dulaney - he helped us find the perfect Chrysler Pacifica. I did some research beforehand and knew exactly which trim I wanted. Unlike other dealerships, he didn't try to upsell me things I did not want. Relatively quick experience.
