Great deal!

My wife and I drove over an hour to look at used CRVs. Joe Danzo was extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and worked hard to get us a great price. Even though it took longer than we anticipated, the experience was excellent. I will suggest Joe and Keenan Honda to my friends looking for Hondas. Thanks!

Fast, excellent service

My experience with Keenan dates back to the purchase of a 2004 Honda Pilot. Keenan provided prompt and professional service during that vehicle's ~160,000 mile existence. I helped a family member purchase a Honda Civic from Keenan -- service for that car has been similarly excellent. Last week I purchased a pre-owned Toyota Highlander from Keenan. Joe Danko was my salesperson. From door-to-door, I was a the dealership for just under two hours to complete the purchase AND trade-in my Nissan Maxima. Joe was professional, courteous and quick. I intend to patronize Keenan Honda for the foreseeable future.

Great deal on my 2016 CRV

A coworker suggested using my Costco card to buy a new Crv..to my supprise Keenan Honda was on the Costco dealer list and they gave my an Awesome price and Robert Quelly my Sales Agent was very helpful and informative! I was going to another dealership, but I will now be a regular customer at Keenan...Awesome Experience! Thank You.

Honest and Straightforward

I already own a Honda Civic which is regularly serviced by Keenan Honda. Service is a significant decision element when I consider buying a vehicle from a dealership. The service department is what brought me into Keenan Honda. I was looking for a reliable new vehicle. I also wanted a straight-talking sales-force. I found both at Keenan. Never any pressure exerted, and a fair deal professionally presented. They worked together as a team and always presented the same fair deal. We purchased a CRV, and I am very satisfied with the vehicle. In summary, I purchased a very good vehicle at a fair price from a solid dealership in which I have full confidence

Service Department

I have bought three Hondas from here. I have always loved the service until my experience yesterday. My car was to be inspected. My car was in perfect condition when I arrived. When I got my car back, the seat was messed up, my windshield was scratched and the inspection stickers were placed on totally askew as if either a four year old did it, or someone impared. I went in with a great car and left with a damaged car. I was told there was nothing they could do and several other cover up lies. I tried to call, but was disconnected twice. I have loved the service in the past, but yesterday was a nightmare. I tried to call again this morning but was cut off again twice before I could even connect with the service department. Terrible service and customer treatment.

Best car buying experience ever

From the moment I started dealing with Pat he was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was painless and actually pleasurable dealing with the entire team, they went above and beyond in helping me surprise my wife with her new CRV. I'll definitely recommend Keenan Honda to my friends and family and will be back when it's time to replace my Accord.

Great Experience

We just got a new Civic from Keenan Honda. The car is amazing! We're so happy with it. In fact, it may be our favorite Honda yet, and we've leased at least six of them over the years. Mitch made the sales process a breeze, and we know from experience that the service department is super. Thanks!

Fantastic experience!

My wife and I decided it was finally time to take the plunge and get a minivan. We were highly impressed by Keenan Honda from the moment we contacted Joe Danzo after seeing what was soon to become our minivan posted online. The dealership overall was highly professional, friendly, accommodating, and transparent. Joe Danzo was an especially bright spot. He is a straight shooter who doesn't rely on high-pressure sales tactics. There is a warmth, honesty, and earnestness to him that we greatly appreciated. He gained our trust quickly, and that trust was not misplaced. Joe is highly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us thought our options, the finer points of the transaction, and the features of our new car. In short, Joe is phenomenal--the exact opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. We were thrilled with the product, the process, the people, and the price. We fully intend to visit Keenan Honda and Joe Danzo for all of our car needs in the years to come!
