Fantastic experience!

My wife and I decided it was finally time to take the plunge and get a minivan. We were highly impressed by Keenan Honda from the moment we contacted Joe Danzo after seeing what was soon to become our minivan posted online. The dealership overall was highly professional, friendly, accommodating, and transparent. Joe Danzo was an especially bright spot. He is a straight shooter who doesn't rely on high-pressure sales tactics. There is a warmth, honesty, and earnestness to him that we greatly appreciated. He gained our trust quickly, and that trust was not misplaced. Joe is highly knowledgeable and took the time to walk us thought our options, the finer points of the transaction, and the features of our new car. In short, Joe is phenomenal--the exact opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. We were thrilled with the product, the process, the people, and the price. We fully intend to visit Keenan Honda and Joe Danzo for all of our car needs in the years to come!

Satisfied Customer

I had researched the car that I wanted to look at on their website prior to visiting the showroom. They had they vehicle out front and ready for me to look at. The salesman I dealt with, the cashier and everyone that I had interactions with were very pleasant and helpful. My salesman, Pat Regan, was knowledgeable about the car, very easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable!

Pleasant experience

Car-purchasing has always been one of my least favorite things to do. Keenan Honda made it easy,comfortable and tension- free. My salesperson was experienced,answered all my questions and I left knowing that I could contact her at anytime with any other questions I might have. The added plus is I left with a new car with which I am very happy.

Lack of respect for customers time

I came in on a Monday to have clips installed on my wheel well. When I called to make an appointment the person said I didn't have to I could use "express". When I arrived on Monday express said it would be about a two hour wait. I said I would come back another time. The person behind the counter said I can schedule you for another day. We agreed on Wednesday first thing. I arrived at 9 am. The person said it would be about 45 minutes. I was in the waiting area for almost 2 hours. I went to the counter to find out what was going on. The person said he would check. He came back and said they were getting ready to start on it. If the wait time was going to be that long I could have easily left the car. It is disturbing that no one said to me what the true wait time was. The person said they are short staffed. Not my problem. The problem I have is that no one was honest with me up front. The service mgr came out and said he would give me a free oil change. I don't want or need an oil change. I wanted my 2 hours back that I was sitting in the waiting room. I left and agreed to bring the car back Thursday. We have purchased cars from your dealership and get all of our vehicles serviced there but honestly we will need to rethink where we go based on this experience. I really don't complain and am very tolerant of most things but this crossed the line. Hope the feedback helps.

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!

We took a leap of faith away from our usual make and dealer...We then went to Keenan. Our objective? To lease a CR-V. Our experience was so effortless that we ended up leasing 3!!! The staff members were so down to earth and gracious. There was no pressure. Every step of the process was easy. We did our homework prior to going in and there were no surprises. It was a completely honest transaction x3! The staff members were knowledgable, pleasant, and trustworthy. The service crew had all three vehicles readied to perfection.

Great, honest service

I came to Joe Danzo to buy a new Honda CR-V, actually my first purchased vehicle ever, and had just come from out-of-state and moved to the area. I did not have my PA license yet and did not know to register in PA I would need to change my license first. Another dealership would have actually sold me the car and left me with transferring registration, a hassle I was not aware of and did not need, but Joe actually told me the truth; I appreciated that and came back for a great, low price on a new CR-V. Once I had my license I got my car 100% ready to go the same day. Thanks Joe and the rest of the team!

Great Experience

My experience purchasing a new Honda HRV was excellent. Mitch was very helpful without ever placing pressure to purchase. I would definitely recommend Mitch and Kennan Honda.
