After much frustration, the ONLY person who helped resolve our appointment scheduling and such was Eric the service manager!! In my opinion, he was your only saving grace!!!

Excellent with one exception: The engine compartment was very dusty and gritty. When I asked if the would blow it off, I was told they don?t do that. Annoying!
