I scheduled an appointment online. When i arrived I was...

I scheduled an appointment online. When i arrived I was told that i wasnt on this list and had no appointment and that i would need to schedule one for another day since they were booked. I drove away but then remembered that I had taken a screenshot of my scheduled appointment. I turned around and drove back to Subaru and showed the service helper the screenshot, and suddenly there was a slot available for me even, although i was told they had no time to help me. AND the recall service took 3 hours. The TV in the waiting rom was so quiet, all i could hear was the sales people making deals and the service techs talking about their personal lives. It was a very annoying day all together.

Jasonthone, We apologize for the glitch in the scheduling of your appointment and are so glad you had the screenshot of the Appt. As far as "suddenly there was a slot available" ... it's not that it was suddenly, but we were 100% booked. We accomidated you because of the error - and please accept our sincere apology. As far as the external noise, we totally agree and are working on getting background music for the entire building. This dealership was awesome and everyone involved with...

This dealership was awesome and everyone involved with our experience was amazing. Billy, Jonathan, Erica and a few more. They made us feel like family and this was one of the easiest car buying me and my wife has experienced. The price was good excellent price dor our trade in. Answered all of questions and the paperwork was easy. We are looking forward to along term relationship even being in Temecula we will drive from Escondido to have the car services. Again thanks for making the experience fun and no stress.

My first visit to the dealership and I was impressed. Very polite and informed staff. The 12K service on my Outback was performed efficiently. I liked the video that the Mechanic sent me. I'll return for future service.

Second car bought here. Fast and friendly. Don’t know why any one would go any where else. They don’t do any dealer up charges due to COVID stuff like most other car dealers.

We live in Vista and always wait at the dealership for...

We live in Vista and always wait at the dealership for our car to be serviced. The service writers are very attentive to our needs and keep us informed as to where our car is in the process. This last time I took my Subaru in for service it was a very hot day. The technician got my vehicle right in and worked to finish so I didn't have to sit outside in the heat for any longer than necessary. Any employee I have worked with has always been polite and courteous.
