Customer Sevice at the counter is awesome esp when you show video of the technician working at your vehicle, thats a plus on work integrity and trust.

Didn’t fix the AC correctly. Went out in Baker,Ca It was over 100 degrees and miserable. I want my payments back on my card.

The service writer was polite and courteous and helpful to the staff surrounding that area were very polite and friendly also waiting area was very comfortable very just were were complementary and there was snacks available oh no it was it was a very pleasant experience however you never get to see or talk to the Canik so you don't know what's going on behind the scene, N
