I purchased the Care Care warranty. Got a door ding within two weeks, and was told it wouldn't be covered. Told service our brakes squeled, and was told to make another appointment to handle that.

Early morning service and still greeted with a smile. Service as promised. Able to wonder about the lot without being chased down by sales people. Ran into my sales person who actually remembered the key items I was looking for in a car.

Always courteous and on time. I was kept up to date on my service. Waiting area is clean with water and a TV to keep me occupied while waiting for my car.

I recieved a birthday coupon for a free carwash. I won't have them do it again. Very poor job. Better off going to a regular carwash and pay for it.

At the 5 week time
Hine is really trying to cover everything I need and they are able to cover all my questions. A couple items need help. 1. I still don't know how to open the engine cover. 2. When getting information to me, I sometimes note going a bit to fast. I like to write somethings to keep the the information. The guy who works getting my papers and the lice plates is very good. Axel is very good! Don't let the buyer get out until he/she understands the engine stops when the car stops. This is very important

The service provider took great care of me.
I had seemingly been using too much oil. I was down five quarts after driving 5,000 miles. I watched the oil consumption after my next oil change, and didn't appear to be using any oil in 5,000 miles; so I changed the oil again and am watching it.

Great buying experience
I have been looking at Subaru for a while before I decided to purchase. I dealt with Rodrigo Rivera at the dealership. Many people are apprehensive about purchasing a car because of the perception about how taxing the sales process can be. I found that this particular dealership and Rodrigo in particular made this a very pleasant process from - information gathering - to price comparison - to price negotiation - to finally purchase decision and delivery. I was always treated with respect, my questions were answered promptly and the purchase was done very professionally and fairly. I would highly recommend this dealership if anyone is looking to buy a Subaru. I have now been driving my new car - 2019 Subaru Outback LTD for a little over a month now and I am just thrilled with the vehicle. It is stylish, handles effortlessly and is equipped with feature that I now will always look for in any vehicle that I own. I also found out because of the high safety rating of the Subaru line, my vehicle insurance - with discounts - amounts to just a little more that what I was paying on my 10 year old vehicle. I have not needed service yet but after evaluating the entire operation at John Hine Temecula Subaru, I am sure that any service needs will be handled efficiently and effectively. I give the entire dealership a 5 star rating. Best decision that I've made in a long time.
