Stevinson Lexus of Frederick

I have dealt with Matt for several years for maintenence on a GS400 and LS460 I own. In all transactions Matt has been a knowledgeable, helpful, friendly representative for the Stevenson dealership. The work has always been completed as promised in a timely manner. I spend six months each year in San Antonio, Texas, but I have all maintenance done at Stevenson because of the friendly courteous people like Matt and the quality work of the service department. It's also a pleasure to visit Stevenson because it's a beautiful facility with friendly helpful people in all areas of this dealership. Should I choose to purchase another Lexus, I will certainly attempt to make that purchase through Stevenson.

My experience at Stevinson Lexus of Frederick was great. I was treated well from the moment I arrived. Even with the dealership being busy, I was checked on by several different employees and was never left hanging. I traveled 4+ hours to test drive the car, I purchased. The car met all of my expectations and more. Michael did a great job working with me. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. First talked with David over the phone before we met. Set up a time to meet and look at cars that fit our schedual. Came out to the car and greated us before we even got in the doors and was very polite. David was always professional and answered all of our questions prompley. Jeff Farley, our sales representative was very helpful, answered all our questions about the car, its features and how to use them, and provided to us a very thorough and detailed evaluation. Regarding the negotiation, I found him to be a fair negotiator and we came to a satisfactory agreement on the price from my perspective.

This was my first time buying a car, so you can imagine how scared/anxious/excited I was. Buying a car for many people is an exciting time and a huge accomplishment. I just recently graduated college and my number one priority was buying a car that fit perfectly in my budget. Jay Anderson at Stevinson Lexus of Fredrick was the most helpful person during this entire process. He made sure that this car fit into my budget, without making me “car poor” as he put it. He worked for three days straight to crunch numbers for me and find the perfect vehicle for me as well. Whenever I had hesitation about the vehicle or the numbers, he made a huge effort to stay in my price range and worked endlessly to ultimately have me satisfied. The outcome was far more than I could have ever imagined. Jay stayed past closing time to help me learn the new features of my car and made sure that I was comfortable in my new vehicle. In my eyes Jay didn’t just “close a deal” – he worked hard to make sure I was happy and in my price range. I also never felt any pressure from Jay. He didn’t pressure me to choose a car right away, and he never pressured me with prices that would stretch my budget. This experience would never have been as exciting for me if it wasn’t for Jay’s help and hard work. Jay is the farthest thing from the typical “used car salesman” stereotype. Jay is friendly, he’s relatable, and he works hard to make sure his customers are his number one priority. I can’t thank Jay enough for working so hard to find the perfect car for me.
