When we walked into the dealership, we were not sure if we wanted to get a lexus. It was a pleasure working with Jeff. He is professional and courteous. We did not feel pressured to make a deal at any point. We ended up leasing an RX350 because of the No down payment deal that Lexus had at that time. Jeff followed up with calls in the days after to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. I would defiitely reccomend the dealership and Jeff to anyone looking to get a Lexus.

Jay (and Travis) did a great job of providing a no-pressure deal. The transaction was efficient, professional, yet personable. I felt that we received the product(s) we wanted (and none that we didn't want) at a fair price to both parties (I marked a "4" under PRICE, because, stating the obvious, it always feels better at a lower price). It is a beautiful dealership: well maintained and well organized. The experience couldn't have been better.

Chris Rogers is fantastic to work with when purchasing a new Lexus. He is professional, kind, courteous and politely answers any questions in a knowledgeable fashion. I dealt directlty with Adam and had phone conversations with John. Adam was very easy to work with and had a positive attitude about completing the sales transaction.I believe he was honest and realistic in regard to negotiating a mutually acceptable sales price. In addition, this same attitude was evident in transacting the trade in value of the subject car.

Jay Anderson has done a great job for us in both purchases we have made from Stevinson. I felt like he really acted as a buyer's advocate which took almost all the pressure off us in reaching an agreement. I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing purchase a Lexus.

We went into the dealership to look at specific vehicle we saw on the dealers website. Chris greeted us in the lot, and we talked about what we were looking for and why. He was very helpful, explaining the features of the car and of Lexus. We never felt over pressured, and in the end I think we got a very good car at a very good price.

Wow! There truly are still respectable car salesman in this world! Shane Swenson went above and beyond the call of duty in all facets of a car purchase. He was thorough and complete in answering all our questions...he even explained little details we never would have thought to even ask about. It's a little bit of a drive for us to get to Frederick but well worth it thanks to Shane. Don't hesitate to ask for him if you want a no nonsense, no hassle car buying experience. We will certainly be contacting Shane when we get ready to buy a new RX later this year.

I recently bought a car at Stevinson. They were very polite and professional. I was debating between Lexus and Audi but ultimately went with Lexus. My salesman shane was fairly knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions unlike some of the other salesman that I have dealt with recently. Overall no problems.
