This is the first Ford I have owned in over 35 years. Killeen Ford made the purchasing very easy. Everyone at the dealership treated me great from the time I came in & left with my new Truck.

Beware Bait and Switch and huge markups

BAIT and SWITCH, stay far away from this dealer, we were looking at a 2023 Hyundai Tucson SEL, in fact it's still listed and months later, if you try to buy the car they under priced they will say you have to buy the Protection package for the tune of 5 to 6k. I have told them to lose my phone number and blocked the sales person 3 or 4 times but they just called again, cold calls trust me this dealer is pure rip off, let them go out of biz !! Oh forgot they tell you we can't give you a quote over email or the phone you have to go in....

Everyone was real helpful.

Everyone was real helpful.After the salesman Jimmy told us we had the truck a manger called and assured us the truck was ours.Then Jasmine called to make sure everything was going well. Great teamwork!!!!

Thanks for everything!!

I had a 9 am appointment.

I had a 9 am appointment. I was checked in by Shawn Lilley at 9:05 with "Wait" on the service ticket. An estimate of $200. was given in writing. A lube and oil change, tire rotation along with a front end alignment was requested and completed. No phone call, text, or notification by calling by name was received. After waiting 3 1/2 hours I went to the service desk. My service adviser was not available, the supervisor said " I have your ticket right here"!!!!!! Who knows how long I was sitting there waiting when I had other things to do. Obviously my time is not important. Maybe I should request a refund of "my time". My bill was $70. over the estimate.

This was my second vehicle purchased from Killeen Ford and once again happy with my purchase and grateful that Aaron McCray was my salesman. I was charged for window tint, that was not done.

I was charged for window tint, that was not done. When I took vehicle back for tint that cost me 3 times as much (*to get it the way that I wanted).. After taking it to their service department multiple times, finally windows are tinted with huge gaps in the tint? They have no idea what they are doing, cant ever reach anyone (without being transferred to someone else repeatedly) or get a return call. They claim to be so much better then Automax was.. Then when you leave a review regarding service, someone calls to hear what you have to say, then promises that they are going to make it right.. and then you never hear back.. Very disappointing!!

I went to the dealership to look at a vehicle advertised

I went to the dealership to look at a vehicle advertised for under $27 K. I was informed that the internet price was only valid if I used their financing. I still can't find this listed on their web site. Long story short the salesperson talked to the "Sales Manager and came back with an offer of $35k after taxes and a paid off trade in. Needless to say I said no and asked for my keys. The salesperson left to get my keys but returned with a counter offer of $30k (A $5K difference but still very high.) At this point I instructed the salesperson to retrieve my keys or I would go get them, she complied. I feel sorry for the salesperson as she was young and obviously not aware of how sleezy their process is. On the way to my car, I contacted another dealer I had visited earlier and told them I would be by the next day to pick up the car I was looking at. The car I purchased was advertised for $26k and after tax, title and trade of the same car I offered Killeen ford my out the door price was $23929.00. Moral of the story is you don't have to deal with shady dealers that add on addendums to raise the price of advertised vehicles. All I can really say about Killen ford is Caveat Emptor (Let the buyer beware)
