Recently went to this dealership for 4 tires to be replaced. After accepting out the door billing quote which was to include all parts, labor, taxes, disposal, mounting and balancing fees, tires hazard and uthorization of work they add additional charges for unspecified shop fees which were not provided in original billing. Instead they wait until it's time to pay to let you know they have add extra charges for mysterious shop charges 117 dollars. Such a deceitful and dishonest practice. Customers beware. Management and team should be ashamed.

First and foremost, I strongly advise against visiting this dealership. Recently, we had a rather unpleasant experience scheduling service for one of our vehicles. My spouse took in his Mustang GT premium two-series, V8 manual. The first red flag should have been when their technician was way too eager to take it for service. He exclaimed, “Oh me, me, me!” as he took it in. You could hear high revs that were unnecessary for driving around to the service area. They offered my spouse a loaner vehicle, which was a base-looking GT V6 automatic. However, they had a contract stipulating that the vehicle should be returned with a full gas tank, cleaned, and vacuumed. While I understand the need for gas replacement, this dealership doesn’t operate like a high-end luxury dealership. Those that do don’t typically have such strict contracts when providing complimentary loaner vehicles to their customers. To make matters worse, when we received our vehicle, the cabin camera was disconnected. There’s absolutely no logical reason to do this unless you’re planning to engage in illegal activities, such as racing. Additionally, our vehicle comes equipped with a full-screen digital tachometer. The digital gauge cluster had been changed from its original display to one that specifically shows when the vehicle is being redlined. Furthermore, the mileage on our vehicle didn’t add up. It had over 20 miles unaccounted for, which was not part of the routine diagnostic procedure when it was in their custody. The day we received notice that our vehicle was ready for pick-up, my spouse noticed the check engine light was on upon starting it at 5 a.m. We honestly didn’t think anything of it because it’s a loaner vehicle, not ours. When returning the loaner, my spouse cleaned it, vacuumed it, washed it, and filled the gas and even went as far as to put that xxxx thing in our garage, which it didn’t even deserve (as I am certain ours wasn’t in the garage at the dealer). My spouse only took this loaner to and from work to home. Saturday this vehicle exchange took place, and our vehicle was picked up. Then come Tuesday, we received a call from a representative at the dealership, who had the audacity to accuse my spouse of damaging the engine of the loaner and filling it with incorrect fuel. They did not do their research prior to calling us; they did not have any evidence or fact-checking prior to calling. They simply formulated an accusation that was baseless, insulting, and unacceptable. They requested that any damages to the vehicle, as a result, were going to hold us liable for paying for it. Well, we all know that didn’t happen and wasn’t going to go well for them. We had evidence that the check engine light was triggered and initiated prior to fueling it up. We also gave them a receipt showing the time the gas was also filled, proving that incorrect gas was not a result of the engine light being triggered. I would like to also add that the gas station didn’t sell the type of gas that the dealer accused us of. The representative accusing my spouse of damaging the vehicle said they would then show their technician the receipt and get back with us. They called us yesterday afternoon, and we never heard back from them after that. The only phone call we better ever be receiving is a F****** apology from that dealership. It was unprofessional and inappropriate for them to contact us with accusations of damaging their vehicle. We have absolutely no reason to damage a loaner vehicle that isn’t even remotely close in value to our own vehicle. We would have nothing to gain from that, so I feel that this situation as a result is a scam and a way for some dealer to weasel and con some sort of compensation on a lemon loaner vehicle or personal gain. This dealership is crooked and unprofessional and should not be doing business. Therefore, we will no longer be doing business with them.

I checked my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. The lady walks up to my truck with an attitude. I’m sitting in the waiting area she comes over with more of an attitude and states they not going to be able to rotate my tires. I asked why and she states my wheel locks key not in the truck. I asked how was it done last time and she stated she don’t know and they not able to do it. This was at 10am and it’s now 1:30pm. I asked what’s the holdup and they states something wrong with my paperwork from the technician. There is no way I should be here for 3 hours and my truck been on the ready line for 45 minutes now.

They refused to give any pricing information over the phone or text. Drove over an hour to find out they have a $3495 addendum added to all truck online pricing once you get there. I’m also told by others that if I had agreed and made it to financing, they have numerous other required add-ons. Very deceptive!

The best thing I can say about Killeen Ford is that they have discovered time travel - they are committed to selling cars in the same way the business was done when Bill Clinton was President. I did not end up buying a car that was exactly what I was looking for based on these behaviors. First thing - the price advertised on their website is NOT the price. They add window tint, some windshield coating and an “installed GPS”. The unit I was interested in purchasing has both onboard navigation and an onboard 4G modem, plus uses CarPlay or Android Auto. So, just what “installed GPS” is it they’re speaking of. More important than that, if you don’t use their financing, they increase the price of the car - in my case, I was quoted a $3000 markup for coming in with my pre-approved credit union loan. Second thing - their entire sales model is “you’ll do what we want, even if we don’t tell you what that is up front”. There is no negotiating. Any expectation you may have about what the best price is for you is irrelevant and wrong. Check out their Yelp and BBB reviews from other people - the consistent comments are that communication is very poor, and service jobs take much longer than promised, and are not always fully performed. This is a cultural problem with this store; “May the Buyer beware”. And, if you do move forward with trying to buy a vehicle from this store, be sure to keep the complaint forms for the Consumer Financial Protection bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau of Killeen and the Texas Attorney General and Texas DMV handy.

Ford gives incentive to finance with Ford Motor Credit, and we pass those long to the customer. After polling our customers, we have applied the most asked for accessories to the vehicles in stock. We can work with someone on the product bundle that we install. Regarding negotiating our regionally leading price, we put our most aggressive pricing up front. That way a customer doesn’t have to haggle over price. Please call us at 254-616-9821, our management team would like to discuss this matter further with you.
The dealer’s response is flawed in several key details: Increasing the sales price by paying cash or with outside financing is not the same thing as “giving our customers the benefit” of financing arranged by the store. Suggesting that “customers want” the window tint, the “windshield treatment” and the “active GPS” system is justification for that being an undisclosed increase in price. With Killeen Ford, the advertised price is NOT the price. Contrary to their assertion that they will “work with someone on the product bundle we install”, they do not. It is flatly stated that Killeen Ford WILL NOT remove that charge which is NOT disclosed in the advertised price - whether on their own website, or those of third party aggregators like cars.com. I have that in writing from Killeen Ford. Killeen Ford asserts that they “put their most aggressive pricing up front” and a customer “doesn’t have to haggle about price.” I don’t know where they went to school, but where I went to school, asking $45,899 for a pre-owned vehicle, and only telling me after nearly two days of working a deal that there is an as of yet undisclosed upcharge for their product bundle, and an additional $3,000 in markup if I use my own financing or pay cash ain’t that. I had a specific conversation with their F&I guy who told me that I could finance through their store, make four payments and then refinance, because that way, they’d get their kickback from the lender, as if they had a solution to the $3,000 increase over the advertised price by telling me to still use their financing, pay them the extra interest over my credit union’s pre-approved loan terms was reasonable. “Call us” and a member of the management team will discuss this with you. I have had several phone calls with members of management today; each time I was told something different, but none of those conversations provided a solution aside from “pay us what we demand, or sod off.” One manager called me back and hung up on me upon learning my identity. Their response is as faulty as is the salesperson’s assertion that she “guarantee(d) a fair service and the best deal hand’s down” is false. You can’t tell me that by increasing the advertised sales price by 12% is the “best deal hands down”, nor a fair service. One of Killeen Ford’s managers told me that the deal added products and the finance requirement was “listed in the fine print on the website.” It is not. It is not there, nor on any of their advertising for the vehicle I wanted. It’s the car I want, but I can’t buy it from Killeen Ford from where I am. I’m in 2026. They think that it’s still 1993, and Cal Worthington is their role model.
Internet price is a hoax. Dealer and finance discounts vanished. Received emails from two from dealership about my bad experience and I emailed the issues and how they could be resolved and was ignored. The last straw was sitting at the dealership for three hours waiting for someone to find the second key. Should have read other reviews and I wouldn’t have made the trip. Also filled out review from Ford and got no response. Killeen Ford is in business to prey on the soldiers from Ft. Cavazos and Ford leaves them alone.

This was easily one of the worst car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. The financing process felt deliberately confusing. The numbers kept changing, and every time I asked for a clear breakdown, I got vague explanations instead of straightforward answers. Some fees were never clearly explained upfront. When I questioned it, I was met with attitude instead of transparency. The staff’s behavior made it worse. Friendly at first — until I pushed back. Then the tone shifted completely. Suddenly, I was treated like I was being difficult just for wanting clarity on what I was paying for. I was pressured into accepting terms that weren’t properly explained. Buying a car should feel straightforward and professional, not stressful and uncomfortable. If you care about clear financing, honest pricing, and respectful treatment, I’d strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

We definitely want to make a deal with the customer. Sometimes the math of the deal just doesn’t work out. The gentleman came in with a $890 payment on a 2026 Pathfinder with a payoff of around $56,000. The original MSRP of it was around $45,000. He had just bought the vehicle 2 weeks ago. His reason for trading was the seat was too small and it was uncomfortable for his back. He said he never drove the Nissan before buying it. He looked at a 2025 Expedition Max with an MSRP of around $73,000. That’s about a $30,000 difference in vehicle. He wanted to keep his payment at $900. The difference of the vehicles’ MSRPs dictates the payment difference in the vehicle would be around $500. That’s before even discussing his trade in’s initial depreciation and any left over balance being rolled over into the new loan. He requested to see a breakdown and that’s where we could have done a better job of giving him that information. We apologize if there was any miscommunication. If the customer still wants to be in the $900 range, we have options that we tried to show him the day he was here.
The manager did come out to talk with you. He asked you what would be your preference…showing all the money in the discount or showing you more for your trade. He also said that after doing that he could still not arrive at the $900 payment you wanted to which you asked for your keys back. We have no problem going over any figures with any customer. A different manager is sending you the figures. We apologize for offending you. That is never our intention. We were trying to be cognizant of the payment spike and work with you on finding a vehicle that would accomplish a similar payment to your current one. If you’ll consider more payment we will diligently work with you to accomplish your goals.
I asked for the breakdown you guys denied me the breakdown you guys never came to me to discuss the breakdown so stop lying also you guys never told me the value of the vehicle when i asked regardless of the reason that i want to get rid off of the vehicle witch is not your concern cause at the end I'm the one who's going to make the payment not you i have to pick and look what is convinced for me this is why i regrets trying to do business with killeen ford always some kind of shady issues they don't care about any Veterans they see you as a dollars sign period not even the manager try to talk to me and try to make a deal.
Never the manager came to me i got witness unless radames is the manager and the salesman at the same time cause he was the only one with me so don't say that the manager came to me look your cameras and see who was there the whole time it was me my daughter and your salesman radames thats it no one came to talk to me besides your salesman.
From the time my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we were greeted by Jada S., a true professional. Answered every question about the Ford Maverick. She truly new about the vehicle. What a great young lady she was in our buying experience.
