Absolute CRIMINALS. They were trying to pocket my 10k down payment and still give me an 84mo term with a high payment (with a very high credit score.) After securing my own financing with a much better rate, shorter term, and smaller payment with my own bank, they tried to add 2k to the purchase price. The manager came in the room in fight mode ready to attack. He raised his voice at my parents and I and refused to let us get a word in, so we walked out. I ended up buying the same vehicle, but a 2023 with less than 10 miles on it at a significantly lower interest rate and monthly payment, and will have it paid off in 4.5 years. Stay away from these crooks, complete waste of time, this place should be shut down!

Horrible service department. They had a brand new tech replace some recall items and come to find out, he broke my safety latch and my hood was stuck. I called them and informed them of the situation and they told me they would call me back. When I get the call back, the lady on the phone told me that the service manager was not going to do anything about it. After speaking with the manager, he kept trying to tell me that the tech never opened my hood. I explained that he did and his tech was the last person to touch my car but he insisted on not taking any accountability for his workers. The service manager is the biggest xxx and should be fired immediately. I will never be going to this ford and I will make sure none of my friends do either. Would not recommend anyone going to this place for a service.
