Typical Car Dealer
An extremely rude, and disappointing experience. First time I called, asking for Bronco pricing, the sales rep....didn't even bother to call me back. I work too hard, and will not be insulted. If you want to be insulted and ignored, this is the Dealership for you....

I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer St from Battlefield Ford...
I purchased a 2020 Ford Explorer St from Battlefield Ford at the end of November 2020. Jason Clark was the salesman and Kyle Wilkins was the sales manager. The transaction was pleasant at the time. However, there were still a few issues with paint defects and missing a license plate bracket that went ignored. I was in contact with Jason via text message and was told that he would check on it and get back to me. Finally a year later, November 2021, I suggested a collision shop close to my home and Battlefield Ford had made the arrangements. Once the vehicle had been in the collision center for 10 days I received an email saying that all repairs had to be done through "our service department and our body shop" and wanted to know what day I could drop the vehicle off. I wrote an email to the general manager, Pat, that has yet to receive a reply. The next issue was regarding payment to the collision center and rental car company. As a customer, I should have NEVER of been put in the middle of this dealerships financial issues. I was told that my vehicle would not be released until Battlefield made the payment to the collision center. Thus meaning that my vehicle was held HOSTAGE. I've received several calls from the rental car company about how the balance was still outstanding and that if Battlefield didnt pay I would be charged. This is MESSY business and has been absolutely one of the worst customer service transactions! I am completely disgusted that this is how I was treated after investing so much.

Great Service
Service desk very courteous and got the work done, even though more issues were found than planned. They took me home and when the work was completed, came and picked me up. Drivers were very congenial.
