I can’t say enough great things about Ourisman Ford and our recent purchasing experience. My wife and I live in Maine and had been in the market for a very specific vehicle and after searching for over a year and a half we finally located it online at Ourisman. I immediately called to confirm its availability and was connected with Robert Johnson in sales and from the very beginning he treated us like family. I explained that we lived all the way up in Maine and it would take me a few days to get a flight booked to Virginia to pick it up. Throughout the entire process Robert constantly went above and beyond to provide us top notch customer service, going as far as to even pick me up from the airport the morning of my flight. Throughout the purchasing process I dealt with not only Robert but also Trevor Jones and Simon Boulware in management and, just like Robert, both treated me like more than a customer, they treated me like family. It was worth every penny and every second of that flight from Maine to Virginia and then the 12 hour drive all the way home to do business with the team at Ourisman and I will not hesitate one bit to do business with them again in the near future. I highly recommend Ourisman Ford (and specifically Robert Johnson) to anyone in the market for a new or used car, no matter where you may be located.

Ourisman was clear and upfront on the ordering process and their delivery estimate was fairly close to when the vehicle was delivered. The dealer markup was in line with the going rate in the area. It is an expensive moment to buy a car so keep that in mind. The communication during the wait for production and delivery was excellent and I was able to get the Ford incentives from January order date. Would definitely consider Ourisman again on another purchase.

I took my Explorer to have it serviced, the works and tire balance. My service advisor Brett took care of everything, promptly and while ensuring I was completely satisfied with the service.

Quick turn around of vehicle for yearly service and warranty repairs. Informed of status and needed repairs.

Went in for “the works” at 1130 hours. There was some kind of mixup and I didn’t get out until around 1330 hours. The staff was nice and professional. The waiting area was clean and they had free wifi
