Great experience! We got there five minutes before...

Great experience! We got there five minutes before closing, yet Tammy Wiseman (Sales) & Kevin Tomlinson (Finance) stayed to help us. We test drove, purchased, signed all papers & were out the door in one hour.. Easiest car purchase ever! Thanks Mathews Ford!

They was able to find me the escape I wanted and get me my payments where I felt comfortable at. Over all I had a good experience buying my new Ford Escape.

We just purchased our 4th vehicle with Mathews and couldn't be happier. We always ask for Justin and he takes the best care of us. He never tries to pressure us and is always honest and straightforward. The whole finance team is top notch also and gets us out there driving home as quickly and smoothly as possible. No doubt we'll be coming back for life.

Was very happy with the buying experience UNTIL I signed...

Was very happy with the buying experience UNTIL I signed the last paper. I was then told I could t take the vehicle home due to it needing an emissions update. The absolute best answer anyone can give me is "we don't have a time frame." It has been 5 days since I bought the vehicle and just received it today. This vehicle should have never even been on the lot to be sold. This event has turned my experience from a high 8 Into a low 2. I thought this place had redeemed the buying experience only to be xxxx on in the end just like every other place. The word inconvenience is a very large understatement.

Always a Awesome Experience

Can’t say anything bad about this dealership, everyone there is very helpful and always willing to help out. Been dealing with Mathews Ford for years and Mike Estep is the man.
