Nicholas provided wonderful service management for my vehicle. I would recommend speaking with him directly after making online appointment, as my original turnaround time for service were grossly under calculated by a different person prior to my conversation with Nick. Also did not appreciate a different person calling me asking if I was interested in buying a new vehicle or selling my current one, even though I had not yet been provided a complete diagnosis or price quote for service. Nicholas is your man when you need assistance!

Efficient and quick I took my truck in for an oil change and check routine maintenance. I needed to wait, and before I knew it-it was done. I think it may have be an hour!

Went in for service on my 2020 Ranger and ended up trading it in and leasing a 2024 Ranger! I worked with Tim Sewell. He was great, courteous, great sense of humor. He answered all my questions and made the transition to another vehicle very smooth. Ask for Tim!

Took car to dealer to fix rear window not operating said
Took car to dealer to fix rear window not operating said it was bad switch could not fix as didn’t have part. But needed. Tires. Wheel alignment fluid change. Nothing to do with window. Didn’t look as if tech. Took any door panel off Went to another dealer and. They found disconnected wire on motor to window very poor service Won’t go there again

Worst experience of my life.
Worst experience of my life. Car has a known defect in engine. (coolent intrusion) that was not disclosed at purchase. Drove for 67k engine died. Gave me quote of 12k to replace engine. Said 9k miles over warranty so i have to pay. Then told me I should to go to Ford ask them to "do the right thing". Ford said nothing they can do. Then auto fair said they would knock 5k off 12k for new engine. Then jacked up price another 700.00 when I go to pick it up. When I showed him the email I sent to them confirming price we agreed on. He said "he didn't respond to it." Then he says they are "Stand up Guys
