Honest dealer.

Honest dealer. ALWAYS keep their promises. Clean & comfortable. But, the baseball caps are overpriced. I added that last comment because you said 15 words was a minimum. See what happens when you ask for more?

Had the service rep check on AC / Transmission issues

Had the service rep check on AC / Transmission issues under my extended maintenance . Completed in a timely matter & offered a loaner while my truck was being serviced . He did a good job on the diagnostics update & price for repairs.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer Beware! I had a purchase and sale agreement issued, and an appointment for 6pm to bring full payment and pick-up vehicle. I was at another dealership dropping off off my current vehicle for cash trade-in. While there, I received a phone call from dealer telling me that they had a customer in the showroom presently and they sold him the vehicle! I was now without a vehicle and in shock. I got a ride to dealership and received terrible customer service. Nobody cared. I suspect that this happened because I was not financing with them. They were persistent about asking, but I had a check in hand from my Credit Union. Horrible sales personell. Shocking situation!
