I have had my car in multiple times, and it is still not fixed. I understand the need to run codes, but I don't feel like I am being listened to when I explain what is happening.

Made my appointment speaking to Greg Hagner. He explained cost, etc. In checking out, Greg went over details of purchase and service and explained how to go online to secure a rebate. Always enjoy working with Greg and Russ. Both have always been VERY helpful and kind.
