They told me the car was already sold. That part is fine; inventory moves fast. However, about two weeks later I'm notified there's a match on my search criteria and it's the EXACT SAME CAR. Not the same make and model, but the exact same pictures. I contact them again, and this time they say it's already spoken for. I have a feeling this vehicle was never actually available but was listed to gather leads.

It has been an ongoing battle with this dealership. They sold me a car, 5 months ago, when they did not have ownership of the title for the vehicle. They did give me the run around with" the title is in the mail" . Then they harassed and tried to bully me by text and telephone.

I bought a used vehicle for over 25000 I wanted to get one from a dealer because they supposedly check the vehicles out before they sell the. Not true the car broke down the next day. In addition I did not initially notice that the vehicle had 11year old tires on them with dry rot. That somehow passed inspection????

We purchased another new vehicle from rusty Drewing Toyota. Ramon, Drew and staff make it impossible to go elsewhere as they go above and beyond in customer service. Rusty Drewing is the most honest and fair dealer that I’ve ever dealt with. There is no xx with these guys. A super clean and inviting showroom/waiting area. Devon Henry was my salesman and did everything that he said he would. They get more allocation because they sell so many new Toyotas. This was my second 4Runner from Rusty Drewing Toyota. If I ever get another it’ll be from them. Great dealership!
