A+ Service
It took two trips to diagnose the problem with my car, but everyone was very helpful. Scott assured me that I would not have to pay a second diagnostic fee if I had to bring my car back soon. I ended up having to bring it back only 4 days later. They fixed my car and it was paid for by a warranty because there was a recall on the part that was causing the problem. I asked if I would be reimbursed for the diagnostic fee I had paid on previous visit where no diagnosis was made. Joel submitted the reimbursement form before I even got there to pick up my car. Everyone was very friendly and did everything they could to find the problem with my car. I left there with a huge smile on my face because my car was fixed and I could not have been treated better by the staff.

Fast, friendly, helpful!
We purchased a used Ford F-150 pickup from Southwest through Ken White. I have never had a more smooth, pleasant and rapid experience when buying a vehicle before! As one always expects when purchasing something that is pre-owned, there were small details which required some TLC, and Southwest took care of them in a timely fashion and without complaint. This company has grown from a neighborhood lot into a force to be reckoned with in terms of competition with even the largest and most powerful dealers in Southern Colorado. When the time comes for us to buy a vehicle again, Southwest will be our first and last stop.

great service
I used to go to the Chevy dealership for service on this car and particularly when my wife would take the car in she seemed to always get the "run around" that you always hear about. This was very upsetting to us but since I started bringing it to the ford dealership for service we have both been very satisfied with the service not to mention the speed also blows the other dealership out of the water. Thank you guys keep it up.
