Bought a Lincoln MKT

My husband & I were in search of a vehicle. We searched everywhere for a vehicle then received a phone call from Spradley Barickman Ford Lincoln Mercury. They asked the normal question & found a vehicle for us & asked what time can we make it here. Once getting there & seeing the vehicle they had ready for us to test drive, it wasn't actually what we wanted. Don't get me wrong it was what we asked them for but it just didn't do it for my husband & I. The salesman Chris M Roberts showed us a new MKT which was on the showroom floor with great rebates, it was the vehicle for us! My husband & I gave Chris a out the door cash money price. They ran the numbers & not even 10 minutes later Chris came back with a handshake & said congratulations on your new Lincoln MKT!! To make a long story short, we are VERY HAPPY with our purchase & the salesman Chris Roberts & Jessica Bravo were excellent! I recommend Spradley Barickman Ford Lincoln Mercury in Pueblo Colorado along with Chris Roberts & Jessica Bravo to the world!!!

Best experience at a car dealership ever

Chris M Roberts and Jessica Bravo got me into my dream ford explorer. I'll def come back to them to buy my next car.

purchased new car

Had a great experince purchasing a new Ford Transit Connect. Love the vehicle. Great customer service and got a fantasic deal on my new ride. They were very reasonable on trade in too. Would highly recommend Chris Roberts. Thank you Spradley Ford!!!!

Purchase

The people that I worked with were nice, friendly, willing to work with me they had a smile on there face the whole time I was there and worked to get me everything done as soon as possible this was the shortest time I spent doing paper work.

When my husband and I first started shopping for a vehicle for me, I had no idea what I really wanted. I loved the amenities in the Focus, but the speed of the mustang. Cody Miller was our salesman and was very patient, not pushy at all, throughout our whole shopping process. When I finally decided what I wanted, they did not have the EXACT car on the lot so Cody and his manager shopped around until they found the only one in the state and arranged to have it delivered. The car and the price it came to far exceeded my expectations. When I spoke with Jed, in finance, we were given a few options, one with an interest rate way too high and the other with a creditor we don't like working with. So Jed agreed to keep looking for us and not only did he find us a different creditor but a lower interest rate. When the car was delivered, Jason came out and sat with me and helped me sync my phone and went over many of the features in the car and how to operate them. This is the second car we've purchased from this dealership and we are very pleased, not just with both vehicles, but with both experiences.

Take a Bargaining Chip

I was appreciative of the fact the dealership was willing to work with me to meet the pricing I had researched prior to my visit. They offered me enough options for me to make a selection that fit my budget. I truely appreciate the fact that Jed did not pressure me to add more options to the financing.

My son went in to look at the truck we purchased on...

My son went in to look at the truck we purchased on Saturday March 28th. He was not assisted upon walking into the door and then when someone finally decided to help he did not know much about the truck or was not presenting a willingness to assist. So my son left and we came back in on Monday morning and requested to get help from the lady at the front desk. She said she would get someone to help right away and she did get someone within minutes. His name was Anthony Vigil. He was very pleasant and seemed to know what was going on and was very willing to assist. Right from the moment we walked in together we were very satisfied with the service! Everyone we were introduced to was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. The Manager Pete Severson was great at presenting the offer and Finance Marc Richard was so helpful as well. It was a great experience and even seamless right from the start and we enjoyed it. We will definitely share our experience with everyone we know and will refer Spradley to our friends and family. Now my son has a new truck to run his business and we would like to thank everyone who assisted. JoAnn Hibbert

Daniel Casados helped me out from the get go. He was very helpful in helping me find what I wanted not what I needed. He let me test drive everything to get a feel for the cars i was interested in. I never felt any pressure from him at all. i was very impressed with the professionalism Daniel showed.
