waited four hours for routine service-
made app in person for service and new tires, was told tires were in stock and arrived at 1:00pm for service. girl checked me in and said she would notify me if alignment was necessary. After 2 1/2 hours I inquired about car status. Girl was on private phone call and dismissive saying all the tires were not there but on the way. after 3 hours asked to speak to service manager. He was apologetic but still did not offer to make it right. After 4 hours received car. wheel rims had film I had to remove with wax, and the right rear tire they had to locate looked as if it was taken from another vehicle. no tire tags like the other three and sidewall was filthy. On way home noticed tire pressure psi for that tire was different from other three, rush job. Girl that checked me in never came back to advise me of alignment or that tire promised was not there, four hours was outrageous. Even the sales staff were amused at me sitting there all afternoon. Will never recommend or return.

Pleasant buying experience
Always have had a good experience at Barton-Birks. Very relaxed circumstances and no pressure, knowledgeable sales personnel. Final price and trade-in were arrived at in an open manner. Quick and easy

Long Time Customers
We have been purchasing/leasing our cars from this dealership for over 20 years. We have always had a great experience and feel confident that we have gotten the best deal. For the past ten years, our main salesperson has been Phil Knight. Phil has enhanced our experience with this dealership. He is a "go to guy" and always accessible. We usually purchase/lease Cadillacs. Our last SRX we had for over 6 years and turned it in with 110,000 miles. Very sad! We replaced it with an XT5 a year ago and have just leased a Chevy Traverse. Both are great cars and we have had the same professional treatment during both transactions! We highly recommend this dealership!
