Took a little more than 3hours to get a oil change ,tire rotation and a wheel alignment with a 8;30am appointment.

I was very impressed with the new dealership. My salesman Jason is a workaholic…he knows just what to say and when …he’s very knowledgeable, courteous and very patient at an early age. i would definitely recommend Unity Chevrolet…shout out to Osiris who made the transaction a pleasant experience..great team work at Unity…best of luck…

What a nightmare! We called 1 hour before arriving to ensure that the vehicle was on site, and available for test drive. I was placed on hold and when "receptionist/ liar" returned to the line I was assured the vehicle was "100% there and available for test drive" We proceeded to our 4pm appointment and guess what.... vehicle was in "the shop" and not available for test drive. That was bad, considering we drove from PA to see this particular vehicle. But it gets worse. The salesman Rafael, was absolutely atrocious to both my husband and myself. While we were understandably upset and disappointed, this guy treated us like dirt, not even apologetic for whatever lies or bait was used. In fact, when we told the "salesman" (term loosely used as selling things is probably something he does not do much of) that we confirmed our appointment just 1 hour prior, he literally told us that the receptionist was paid to get us there, and nothing else, so "she did what she had to do". The whole matter escalated quickly, after we asked to see the manager, to the point of Rafael using profanities and literally challenging my husband to physically fight in the parking lot. Being adults, we walked away, but the profanities and challenges continued. How disgusting that people are baited to this dealership to be treated so badly. We hope that this tactic is not endorsed by the owner of this dealership. We will never go there again.

Drove an hour to look at a 2013 Silverado listed price online $23,500 . I drive truck and decide Want to buy sit down to do the paperwork salesman shows me the price of the truck $26,000 plus, (salesman response) we had to do things to the truck. Just list it for what you are ASKING. Bait and Switch.
