I purchased a 2021 Kia Telluride from Superior Kia and couldn't have been any more pleased with Amos (our salesman) and Gerald (New Car Manager) in the purchasing of our new vehicle. I ordered directly from Kia (using Superior Kia) and the team was very helpful in giving me timeline updates for the arrival of the order. The car was delivered to Superior Kia (BEFORE the estimated date of arrival), Gerald and Amos both called me letting me know the car has arrived and it will be ready to picked up that evening. It felt like Christmas in March. I went in and (again) the team was very helpful explaining everything to me and the experience couldn't have been any more smooth. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. Amos even took me in the car and went over all the features of the car which really helpful. I must add, Amos even stayed after his scheduled time (8 P.M.) to make sure I was taken care of and I understood everything with the new car. I ended up leaving the dealership around 9:30 P.M. In addition, I wanted to get a few aftermarket items installed to the car (i.e. Tinted Windows, Roof Vinyl Wrapped, Side-Steps, etc) and Amos was very helpful in scheduling all the appointments and dropping the car off at the designated body shops for the installs. They even offered me a loaner car for the time my car was getting worked on. This process took about a week and I am VERY happy with the car and how it turned out. Thank you, Amos, Gerald, and the entire Superior Kia (Cincinnati) Team. I highly recommend this team for your next Kia car!

My man Amos got me in and out, In under 2 hours. The Whole Kia team took care of me and my Wife. I recommend this place a million times to everyone in it to win it, with car shopping. Easiest process every me and my Wife been through. They have a client in us forever. I love my Kia.

This was the best first new car buying experience for me. They made it easy doing everything from looking at cars to the paperwork. Gerald, Warren, and Keith made it the best experience that I think I could ever have. They were willing to work with me on everything. If you need a sales rep. Go pay Warren a visit and he will make it easy for car buying, he will take you through it and get you ready to go and on your way with a new car quick. I will always consider this place when looking for a car at any point.

It has only a few days, but the car is living up to my expectations. I honestly feel i would have to say i feel a car of this price should last at least 6 years without any major problems. I feel that the scion will from what i have seen so far. As for the sales department and finance department they both were very genuine. Helped me out at every turn. Made you buying experience very pleasant. This is my third car i have bought at Superior Kia. I am sure we will do more business in the future. Thanks to all involved Larry Porter
