Couldn't have been better. I needed to be worked in as I had to leave town and Kriegers made it happen! They went above and beyond with their service!

Krieger's does a great job!

Very pleasant; friendly staff willing to take care of my needs which was much appreciated. Enjoy and prefer working with Robert Whitmer in the service department. Great job Kriegers!

Excellent custoemr service

Joey was excellent in getting our car in on an emergency situation ( spilled can of pain in the back seat). The workmanship in cleaning up the car is excellent.

Great service. They actually know our names!

Rob called and told us the front end was slightly out of spec and I was glad we were able to take care of that problem at the same appointment, saving us time and money!

Customer Service Very Poor

This had to be one of my worse car buying experiences. Not only was the salesman whom I set up the appoint with not available...he was not at work. No one asked if they could be of assistance until I asked where was the Internet Salesperson! Finally a salesperson asked me if I was there to look at the Ford Edge! No! I was here to buy the 2013 Dodge Citadel (Not There). A couple of sales personnel left for about an 1/2 hour only to return to say that the car was at an auction. There is much more but I doubt very much If anything would be accomplished with review. In reading many of the reviews, I noticed they were mostly from Muscatine residence. Since I made the trip from Davenport, you would think extra effort to be there would be priority. Well, I found the vehicle at a very quality dealership in Maquoketa and very impressed with their customer service, even before I entered the showroom. The hallmark of any business, especially care dealerships is the customer service. Evidently, I chose the wrong day to visit, because customer service was not available on this day! Disappointed,

Great Service

We had our new vehicle in to have some scratched glass replaced and to have the hood looked at because it wasn't level. When we went to pickup the vehicle, the hood was fixed but we noticed multiple scratches on the hood and tops of the fenders. I pointed it out to the staff and they said they would try to buff out the scratches. We came back at the end of the day to pick the car up and the scratches they worked on looked really good, but they missed one. They took the car back in the shop and buffed it out. They were great about taking care of the issues and had a great attitude/demeanor about it as well. It is unfortunate that it happened and required me making multiple trips back to the dealership to get my car, but I appreciate that they resolved the problems and did so without complaining about it or acting like it was a hassle for them.

Excellent service as always

I was called when the defective switch was received at the dealership and we scheduled an appointment. Every detail was handled in a very professional manner. The car was repaired, washed and returned on time.

Awesome place

My experiences are always great. The only thing I want to point out is I was asked if I wanted my car washed and I said yes. That was at about 9:20ish and the tech said he would take care of it. I came back to pick it up at 1:20ish and it was still dirty. So that was a bit disappointing.

The guys are all so helpful and all very Nice this is one of the cleanest shops I have been to and I will be recommend everyone to go here.
