I had a Saturday appointment to check on an electrical problem. Problem was found quickly, but had to order ignition switch. Truck was repaired Monday when part arrived.

I took my GMC truck in due to an electrical problem. It turned out to be a bad module in the "On Star" program that was draining the juice from the battery and causing it to go dead. We always buy new vehicles to avoid mechanical problems. I am happy with the service I receive however, one observation from this and past service situations is the part I need is almost never In Stock. The good news is the parts can be at Krieger's within a day or three. The service personnel were very pleasant and helpful.

We have purchased several vehicles from Kriegers. I'm sure we will continue to see them for our future needs. Service and Sales have all been handled in a friendly and professional manner.

Got me right in, found the problem, repaired the issue and while I waited. Can't ask for more than that.

I was glad to be able to have my oil changed as soon as I returned from Nashville. I had to go to work early and the staff told me that it would be no problem. I dropped off and they called me when it was ready. It was very convenient to be able to pick up right after work.
