Horrible Customer Service
I received a recall letter and scheduled an appt for Monday at 10am. Before scheduling, I made sure to let them know I wouldnt be able to wait for the car and I asked if shuttle was available. The lady on th phone assured me that they provided the service as long as it was under a 10 mile radius. I agreed and the appt was booked. Once I got there at 9:53am I also asked if my Toyota Matrix could be inspected. They said no problem and if there was any issue on the inspection they were going to call me to let me know. When I asked for the shuttle, the lady said there was no shuttle. I especifically booked the appointment on this location because they assured me about the shuttle. I explained that on the phone they were going to provide me a shuttle and the lady went on to say that they did not have anyone. So she told me she could call a LYFT for me. I asked her if I would have to pay for it and she did not know the answer for that. So when I was about to give up on the service the lady came back and said they had a shuttle. I did not understand what happened. I waited for a call about the inspection status, but no one called me. So 4pm, I decided to call them to find out what was the status of my car and what time it was going to be ready. The lady on the phone could not find me in the system, but she would call me back. No one called back. It was 4:45pm I decided to ask a friend for a ride, even though they did not call me. I decided to call them again at 4:48pm in the car and they had trouble finding me on the computer once again. I asked them what time they closed and Jody said 5:30pm. She put me on hold and went to check on the status of my car. The line got disconnected and I tried again and no one picked up. She ended up calling my wife's phone at 5:06pm, only to tell me that the recall was done but my car did not pass the inspection because of the wiperblades but if I wanted to pay $55 dollars for them, they could do it. My wife asked her why no one called to let us know the wipers were the problem..and she said they had tried before. There was no missed calls on both phones. I told her I could not pay $55dollars for the wipers but I was around the corner of Walmart and was going to buy some. She told me I would have to bring the car again the next day because they closed at 5:30pm. I told her I had been trying to find out the status of my car since 4pm and no one was able to even find my car in the system. I then asked to speak to a manager, because I could not bring the car tomorrow and it was unacceptable that they found my wipers to be the problem. I work overnight and I clearly take my life seriously. I use the wipers everyday and they were fairly new. She told me there was nothing she could do and that there was no manager available. I explained that I could be there in 5 mins and today was my only day off, which is why i made the appt especifically for today. She said that she could not hold the technitian there because they stop working at 5pm. I asked her again why would you call at 5:06 then? She said they had phone problems. I got there 5 mins later at 5:12pm with new wiperblades that I bought at Walmart for $20 dollars less and asked to see my older wipers. When they gave me the old ones it was CLEARLY ripped. Anyone could EASILY see that whoever was working on my car inspection ripped half of the rubber out. NO ONE could have been driving a car with those wipers. It was disrespecful the way they first lied about not having a shuttle, how they never called me to give me a status update on my car, and how they lied about having tried to call me. I have proof and no missed calls. And lastly, it was rude and unacceptable how at 5:06pm they tell me I need new wipers and they cost whatever they want to charge me, but there was no manager or supervisor I could talk to because they close at 5pm. It was obvious that they forgot about my car, coudnt even find it in the system, and was trying to get rid of me. Horrible!

Was promised a full refund for unnecessary service
"So my wife went in and read Steve (GM) the riot act and he agreed to a full refund for scamming my son. Which was supposed to arrive in a check 9 days ago. Why it would take over a week to issue a refund when they could just do a credit card charge back is clear... they never intended to refund me for their fraudulent behavior and just said that to get my wife out of the building. So in addition to cheating my son they wasted my wife's time and lied about giving a refund. Next stop State Attorney General's office. Never had to do this before but anyone bringing their car in for ANY type of service needs to understand they cheat and lie. Absolute worst car service experience ever. "Took almost $300 from my 18 year old son for work not needed" - BobC My 18 year old son went in for an oil change. The service guy convinced him that he needed a wheel alignment and an expensive fuel injection service on a car barely a year and a half old with low mileage. The free oil change turned into an almost $300 service deal. Thanks for the life lesson for my son. He now knows how scummy car dealers and service shops can be. You will never get another penny from my family or all of the people on FaceBook and everywhere else I am posting this. Cody LaFortune is a low-life and you should be ashamed that he works for you.

You son approved doing additional factory recommended work and alignment so that his vehicle was driving safely. The oil change and tire rotation was done at no charge and the services were also discounted for him. You wife called us as well and we explained the work to her over the phone as well. It appears that you are not getting all of the fact and that your son was not taken care of. Took almost $300 from my 18 year old son for work not needed
My 18 year old son went in for an oil change. The service guy convinced him that he needed a wheel alignment and an expensive fuel injection service on a car barely a year and a half old with low mileage. The free oil change turned into an almost $300 service deal. Thanks for the life lesson for my son. He now knows how scummy car dealers and service shops can be. You will never get another penny from my family or all of the people on FaceBook and everywhere else I am posting this. Cody LaFortune is a low-life and you should be ashamed that he works for you.

warranty repair and oil change
I love IRA Toyota everyone is always kind and professional. The technician do a great job. I had noise every time I turned the wheel when driving. He was able to find the problem and informed me it was still under warranty. my vehicle is always returned back to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. This Dealership is Outstanding !!!
