Wayne Michealsen helped us purchase a Rav4 Prime 'remotely', as we live 500 miles from Tewksbury and could only find the particular model/color in MA. the process went very smoothly. No pressure sales tactics at all. No unexpected costs. Cassandra Peters took care of the financials/paperwork without issues or delays. Very satisfied w/ our Ira Toyota experience.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE
purchased from Ira Toyota of Tewksbury about a few break in questions on the vehicle and knew nothing about it. So my wife hopped in the car and drove away and learned what she needed to learn from YouTube. And then ordered the car starter for the Corolla for the price of $700 I canceled it The day I was picking up the car as I found out That I could have it installed by the same company in Wilmington massFor half the price Classic Soft Trim and they did a great job and also gave me a military discount. I let Ira Toyota of Tewksbury know that they were double charging me for the car starter seeing us it was the fifth car that I have purchased from them they may have gave it to me at the same price or just throw it in for nothing for being a good customer. Well I hope this helps people out it will be the last vehicle I purchased from Ira Toyota of purchased from Ira Toyota of Tewksbury

Hello Bill Reynolds, Thank you for the feedback and I understand that things don't always go as expected and I apologize for that. All of my sales staff is fully trained and definitely are very familiar with all of the features and options on a Corolla. I am not sure what your wife had to look up on YouTube but a quick phone call to one of the managers at the dealership would have answered her questions. Also as for the remote starter, if you would have disclosed to us that you were former military we would have done it for half price too, if not for free, regardless of how many vehicles you purchased from us in the past. As you know communication goes both ways and if we don't know something then we don't know how to help. It's only after you post a review that we can see what happened instead of helping during the sale. Really easy to work with, flexible and reasonable
We found a car we liked online and came in to see it and everyone we talked with was really nice and helpful. The whole process took a bit longer than we were hoping for, but the dealer was very flexible with us taking the car to get looked at to make sure that we were comfortable with the purchase. They also went above and beyond to detail car, have it inspected and registered and get us driving off a night sooner than what might have been more convenient for them. We appreciate all there staff for working with us, specifically Ryan, Derrick, and Wayne. There was a bit of a wait to discuss financing and get deal signed, not sure if it was due to limited staff for this one day, or if it’s always like that, but while we waited we had a nice conversation with another salesman who helped educate us on the process and what we should do when our other vehicles’ lease expires. Again, just a great experience and happy with the price we got on the vehicle. Thanks!

Do not get extended warranty
They refuse to fix something for me that should be covered under the warranty. They will do all they can to get more money from the customer. I reached out to the GM who tried to blame the broken part on a different company who wasnt even involved. They say according to the warranty brochure, my part is not covered. When I look in the brochure it doesnt say that at all, so I asked for clarification and the GM is no longer answering my emails. Dont waste your money and time with the extended warranty at this place.

Hello Wade, As I mentioned in the email I sent you, physical damages to plastic light switches and lights that are hanging down from your headliner are not covered by the warranty. Yes you did purchase a Certified Toyota back in 2017 however, the plan covers mechanical breakdown and electrical failures. I sent a copy of the brochure for you to review and to help with any other questions you may have had. Customers that purchase extended warranties on vehicle or even on household appliances know that physical damages, like a broken plastic wiper switch, is not covered. Also I did not blame the other company, I simply asked you if it was possible that it was damaged at Valvoline since you had the last 2 services done with them. Steve DaSilva General Manager

Good service. Pleasant attendant I always bring my car in for service and never have any complaints plus I have bought about 3 cars at this dealership. They have good customer service.
