Lexus service was given a great rating for exceptional attention to a tire that was in need of replacement. This effort may have been life-saving.

As always, the service was great. Roger is usually my service rep. and he is always polite and very helpful. However, he was with another client on Wednesday and Robert Jennell serviced my vehicle. He was polite, answered my questions, did not rush me or become inpatient with me. I was very satisfied.

Robert is the reason I keep buying Lexus, because I don't want to use anyone else for service. I've had three Lexus and won't switch because of Robert.

I always have a great experience at Lexus of Richmond. The superior customer service and knowledge and care given by the associates takes the pain out of having a car serviced. The car is serviced properly the first time, on time and clean. I enjoy having a loner car to continue my day and enjoy driving models other than my own to "test drive" a possible new car for the future. This all adds up to me being a loyal customer and coming back time and again to buy a Lexus!

All of the personnel that I dealt with were friendly and professional. When a problem with the car was identified, I was notified immediately and presented with several options from which to choose. The work was quickly done and the car drives like new.

Although my experiences have for the most part been excellent, I would like to share with you one area that in my opinion could be improved upon. The last three service visits when I go to get into my car, I find dirt mud or whatever around the step in on the door frame as you step into the car, also the steering wheel is not clean, the seat has been moved and not put back into position, and although I know the car wash is complimentary, I have not been pleased with the results. It definitely looks like a "hit and miss" job.

All personnel were very accommodating. The Lexus I have is new so I am new to the dealership. This was my second trip to this location. Robert was friendly, explained everything in detail, and remembered my "nickname" which was important to me. The waiting area is very comfortable and the experience was positive.

Jerry was great to work with. He was very professional, thorough, and helpful. Also, he helped to find the car I wanted at another dealer.

I was greeted as soon as i pulled up and addressed by my full name. The time of servicing my car was less than the projected time. The car was well washed and the interior looked great. All employees that I encountered were very professional and friendly. This is my 5th Lexus, that hasn't happened by accident!! Richmond Lexus is the best!!
