Sheehy Lexus offers the best customer service of any dealership I have ever used. Hope, who is my service representative, is professional, pleasant, and goes the extra mile to help with any issue. She walked me through every step to take when I had a flat tire 25 miles from home or the dealership. Don’t know what I would have done without her.

I had a great experience at Sheehy Lexus of Richmond on Midlothian Turnpike. Wow! I exchanged a few emails with my salesperson, Elyse W., scheduled a time for a test drive, and felt like I was the number customer when we met in person. She was so accommodating, personable, and honest. In fact, the entire staff was very attentive. I suspect that I will visit this dealership again in the future when I need another vehicle.

It was horrble car about this car twice and sent email once nobody ever got back to me not interested in this dealership any more too many other car out there althought I was willing to pay cash for the car. Not interested!

Went there for a test drive of a 2024 UX250h. Great salesman, very informative and patient. I told him I still wanted to test drive a Prius and he was nonetheless very helpful. Good deal but decided to wait.
