Auto body

I bought my Lexus from the previous owners before Sheehy took over. Both the previous owners and Sheehy have been courteous, cooperative, and easy to deal with. However, the auto body shop taken over by Caliber is a disgrace and I can't imagine why Lexus has asked them to come aboard. I brought my car in and it was declared a total loss. That is another story. When I came to pick up the car, which was very drivable, it was not ready though I told them I needed it for a family function. The manager of Caliber was completely uncooperative and a bully. He puffed up his chest and looked like a person ready for a brawl. He assumed no responsibility for the situation. When I asked for some compromise, he sternly said, "no". When I got back into my car the doors no longer responded to my touch though it was working perfectly before. Also, my headset for listening was gone. I would not trust these people to repair a Tonka toy for my grandchildren. Also, they do not respond to calls and that is why I am writing. If there was a "0" rating I would give that.

Service and Customer experience absolutely horrible.

Service and Customer experience absolutely horrible. Manager and employee wise. did nothing to address situation at hand and did not value customer.

I was looking for a specific Lexus vehicle and was able to find it at Sheehy Lexus, Ms. Elyse Wyatt was my sales representative, she was not only knowledgeable about the car but went above and beyond by helping me decide and purchase this car all long distance and through the phone and internet. She even oversaw the shipping of the car through the transport company, and followed up until I received the car, thank you for helping me find my dream car Elyse! I love my car!!

Wonderful to do business with, honest, efficient, transparent. Salesperson was very knowledgeable about Lexus and the condition, use and warranty this LCertified Lexus LS 460. Would highly recommend

Great experience buying a used Lexus with Rick Fox and Steven Baker. Due to a family situation, we needed the transaction to be conducted quickly and it was our most efficient but thorough purchase to date. Pricing was straight forward with no surprises.

I be purchased a used 2012 ES350 about one month ago.The purchase was pleasant and we love he car. The problem was that the service department didn’t bother to remove the engine cover and remove the squirrel nuts.They obviously didn’t do a good inspection of the car when they received it.They did do a good job coating the plastic engine coverings with armor all to make it appear that the car was very clean.Taking these coverings off revealed that they never looked at the engine from above. I really expected more from a Lexus dealer!

I purchased my ES350 about one month ago from Rick Bernard.Everything was pleasant and we enjoy the car. You’ll did a good job detailing the car but your service department didn’t even remove the engine cover to remove the squirrel nuts.They did a good job putting Armor All on the plastic coverings to make the engine bay look very clean but when they plastic is removed the engine wasn’t clean and some of the underside of the Lexus engine cover had been nibbled away by a rodent. I really did expect more from a Lexus dealer even with a used car. Ron Jones

Daniel, Thanks for responding.I was disappointed because it appeared that you’ll only did an oil change and put the vehicle on the lot with minimal inspection.I thought that a Lexus dealership would take more care with the used cars that are put on their lot.There definitely was no top side engine inspection done on this ES350.Is that a normal routine?The engine had acorns on the top and the underside of the Lexus cover had been nibbled. Is there a more detailed inspection that you would do?Do you usually clean a engines? Thanks, Ron Jones

I knew that my next Car would be a Lexus. I had been in a few times and drove a few different SUVs. I had been looking since July. Each time I came in MARGIE was VERY pleasant and patient with me. She did not put any pressure on me & was always willing to help me. She was always there when needed her. I finally made my purchase a 300NX Black on Black. I cried screamed & laughed at the same time. MARGIE gets 5 PLUS STARS!!!! She was WONDERFUL.!!!!
