I was very pleased with this dealership.

I was very pleased with this dealership. Oscar was my advisor. He explained all the work that was to be done and why. The waiting room had water, snacks and a nice coffee machine. My car was finished in record time. They even washed and vacuumed it. I will definitely be back.

Do not take your car to KIA of Clermont.

Do not take your car to KIA of Clermont. They charged $400 plus tax just to evaluate a problem with the car. They gave an estimate of $1722 to repair Evap Leak (They would have deducted the $400 if we went for the $1722 repair). We took the car to Pep Boys and had the issue repaired for $673. On the bill for the evaluation they listed a warranty credit of $40.87 that they subtracted from the $400 charge but added the $40.87 back in to the bill as "Shop Supplies". They didn't even give us the warranty credit. They also charge 3% if you use a credit card. One nice thing they did was provide an Uber to get home.

Horrible experience.

Horrible experience. I came in for a simple oil change, but the service advisor Christian Zambrano was extremely pushy and insisted I do additional services that I clearly declined. I politely thanked him for his recommendations, but he kept pressuring me until I became frustrated and ended up leaving without getting my oil change done at all. I WILL NEVER RETURN to Kia Clermont. I had my oil change done today at City Kia instead—quick, easy, and no hassle.

Liars, Cheaters, worst experience.

Liars, Cheaters, worst experience. I have been waiting for a refund for 8 weeks. I was told that if I finance, which I did NOT want to do, I'd get additional discounts. I come to find out from KIA finance there is no such program. I paid off the vehicle immediately and I am still trying to get the interest I had to pay refunded. They told me to wait until I got the refund for the extended warranty I did not want and was included in my payments to the tune of 4K and they would give me a lump sum. Not yet!! This is the 3rd bad KIA experience I have had, and no one wants to help me with it. I see a lawsuit coming. These guys are liars and will tell you anything to sell you. Once you buy, it's bye, bye to you. I have not yet had to go for service but as I read the reviews, that's not good either. No one like to buy a car, but that place is the worst I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. You WILL BE SORRY The finance manager Edgar Haberek will look you in the eye and lie right to your face. This is the truth. I have a witness who was sitting right there. Liars and scammers, all of them. John Smith was my salesman. BBB gives them an F rating

Kia of Clermont, Florida Disrespectful,

Kia of Clermont, Florida Disrespectful, misrepresentation, contemptuous, unprofessional. I have purchased six Kia automobiles in my lifetime, I am very fond of the brand because of the warranties. As a couple, we were disappointed and emotionally exhausted by the time we left Kia of Clermont. I’ve always been treated with respect by Kia dealerships until I went to Kia of Clermont, they were not only disrespectful, but they also misrepresented the deal that was promised to us by the sales manager, and we were treated with condescension when it came to dealing with the finance person. I have noted from many comments on various websites about Kia of Clermont, and I am not alone in my observations that this Kia dealership has problems, especially when it comes to the final steps in a deal. The person in the finance office actually yelled at us when we asked for copies of the contract, “I HAVE OTHER COSTUMERS WAITING! EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS ON THE THUMB DRIVE!” By the time we left, I felt like we weren’t very welcome at Kia of Clermont. There was no gratitude, “thank you,” we received a car that was not clean or prepared, even though the salesperson had many hours and said, “we will have your car prepped and ready for you!” Our car was filthy on the inside, we spent the next day cleaning it out. It also had all of the tape on every screen, seat, handle, and any other item on the car. We had to remove no less than 30 clear tape covers from the inside of the car. This was by far the most disappointing car sales process that I have had in my 60+ years of life. The behavior at Kia of Clermont was shameful, I think that there are some honest and respectful people who work there, however we ended up getting the worst part of the franchise. My apologies to other people of decent character who work at Kia of Clermont because you don’t deserve to be represented by the few who are unprofessional.

This is probably the worst place to purchase a vehicle I

This is probably the worst place to purchase a vehicle I have had my sportage since Nov 23 they have had it 8 months in service can’t fix it I make high payments and they have my sportage yes I get a loaner but it’s not mine! They all give you crap and don’t know what’s wrong with it why it does when I slow to stop and not always easy to start on the interstate in Florida not safe to drive but they keep it and wait for someone to come from corporate to check it he’s very smart I’m told finally came said it’s fixed I pick up have about a week and again same problem so they gave it again seems to me now would be good for Kia yo step up put me in a safe vehicle god forbid my family would be killed when this happened on I 4 I have talked to all service people and the manager Cooper and still get no where I real close to leaving it there and they can keep it I’m an older women but not stupid as I think they feel I don’t know anything but we will see soon ! I have felt either all the service guys and managers not much else to do except leave it ! Do I’m just letting whoever is wanting a Kia do not buy there !! Aldo was told my car when it’s cold won’t start what a stupid thing to tell someone I had it in the garage and it wouldn’t start and it locked itself ? Was told can’t leave keys in or around it and my garage was probably too cold funny right? First to hear that I bet!

Service department never answers the phone.

Service department never answers the phone. Took my car in for service and every time there is an issue and all you get is the run around. No one cares about your time and your car is never worked on in a reliable amount of time.
